Elegant building and rooms with great facilities. Variety of food for breakfast including toast and bacon. Excellent service, marvellous and decent location on the Prague castle...

The room was absolutely perfect and impeccable, had a mini-bar, a coffee table, and a high ceiling. This accommodation was in the central location to multiple public transport routes. We were so impressed with helpful service that would love to come back.
The staff we met were poor.

Good location - 2 small tram stations to Karlov Bridge and city center . Hotel isn't big, but very cozy. Triple room is comfortable, bathroom is big and very clean. Water, tea and coffee are free in the room. Parking is at the hotel's yard. Open terrace and cafe are on the roof. Good and fast staff on the reception. Air condition.
Poor variety breakfast, a little slow staff in restaurant and cafe.

It was recommended to me by friends who stayed there last summer. It was conventiently located for exploring the city of Prague, near public transport points. It was really clean which was great. Continental breakfast was very good, fresh fruit, cereals, ham, cheese and hot food also.

This is a very well situated hotel as the Old Town is 10 minutes of walk away. The parking is a definite plus although a suv wouldn't fit easily, the parking spaces are small. The room was above our expectations, clean, well equipped, the bed was really comfortable too. The staff was smiling and helpful, the breakfast had something for every taste, what else could one ask for? We'll be using Hotel Julian as our preferred Prague hotel from now on.

Breakfasts were delicious and tasty, and I felt very welcome.
Really friendly staff members at all times, everything was perfect. The room was new-fashioned, the bed was extremely comfy, enjoyed it. The breakfast choice was reasonably priced with toast and bacon.

Without doubt - i could recommend the hotel Julian to others. Its location is ideal with anyone driving from the west into Prague by car as its on the west side of the town - but only 10 mins by foot into the old town off street parking was available on request A tram is a few mins away and is about 5 mins into the old town The staff were great and very helpful and the rooms were nicely appointed and had all the facilities need for a weekend stay - The bathroom facilities were particularly good. there is internet facilities available - with free internet access from the rooms The public areas of the hotel were good and cosy. as is their rooftop terrace - which i can imagine would be nice to enjoy on a summer evening downstairs in the basement there is a little bar, which is very nice , well designed & smoke free - A menu is available and the food i can testify was very nice at reasonable prices. All in all would recommend this place to others is you want a well appointed location for a weekend visit to the city

Very comfortable stay. Immaculately clean rooms, firm beds, wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. They will book you tram, boat, funicular tickets at no extra charge. Good assortment for breakfast - cold meats and cheeses, sausages, egg and occasionally bacon and a range of croissants and cake, tea, coffee, juice etc. Location about a good 15 minute walk to Charles Bridge. Rooftop terrace a delight with the latest 'trendy' furniture, glass balcony affect and view to Prague Castle. If the bar is closed, reception will serve you with drinks for the terrace. Didn't eat any meals there besides breakfast as had loads of recommendations from Booked.net - enjoyed Artisan and Carmelita restaurants nearby and went with the hotel's recommendation of Kolkovna Olympia Restaurant when it was chucking it down one night which was fine. We also used the hotel car on our return to the airport - a good service at 550 ck. All in all, we loved The Julian. Recommend it!
We loved the hotel, but if you are looking for a gym and pool facilities then it is not for you. They do have some gym equipment and a bath style jacuzzi but limited from what I can gather - we didn't use it.

Located an easy walking distance from main sights. Very friendly staff . Limited choice in dining room at night. When visiting prague in future will stay here.

I chose the hotel partly because they provide good facilities for those taking an overnight train--a shower in addition to huge lockers for suitcases. The room was lovely and had an electric kettle which allowed us to brew tea each night. There was a computer that guests could use to access the internet for 15 min but it was not easy to spot. The breakfast buffet was excellent. My friend used the hotel's taxi service from the airport late in the evening and was very pleased with it. They split the bill between my friend and myself with no hassel.
A small things but irritating in such a good hotel, on a weekday they were out of regular tram tickets.

Incredibly helpful staff who made us feel like we were their most important guests! Just can't say enough good things about all the hotel employees-- they were kind, thoughtful and spoke great English. They all know the city well and they are so eager to help. Really super location, and just 50 meters from the tram; very easy to get everywhere; beautiful rooftop terrace with gorgeous views of Prague, including the castle. Delicious breakfast. Brand new bathrooms, clean and sparkling.
Beds were a little hard. Would have preferred feather pillows and duvets, but what they had was fine.

Great value for money and far enough away from the sights to get some exercise , about 10 - 15 minute walk. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, especially Lucie, a little diamond!! Prague was fabulous and we had a great weekend .

Hotel Julian was a perfect location for our 5 days in Prague. Close to the tram system although we chose to walk most places. View of the castle from the roof terrace was terrific. Breakfast is very nice. Staff is very helpful and the basement restaurant is delightful and excellent.
Hotel Julian was a bit hard to find the first night, but that was our fault.
